The Bad Crowd are an antagonist group who work under the leadership of Bluster.
Personality
All members of the Bad Crowd are natural yes-men, agreeing with just about everything their leader Bluster tells them. In order to combat the Care Bears and their spreading of good will, the Bad Crowd make it a point of stopping them by planting "Bad Seeds" at the request of Bluster.

Other than Bluster, there are three other named members of the Bad Crowd: Robbie, Malcom and former member Plunk. Several other members do appear, but are unnamed and usually don't have any voices.
