Bumpity is one of the supporting characters in Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-Lot.

Bumpity first appeared on Flower Power, when he and Tweasel visited in Care-a-lot. He recommends that he and his best friend Tweasel create a magical rain to make everyone like Share Bear's flowers.
