Calming Heart Bear is a Care Bear who was created as a scented plush by Basic Fun! in 2023. A version of the plush without the scent was later released in 2024.

Calming Heart Bear is a bear with fur that fades from yellow to pink. Her hair and ears are lavender, her paw-pads are magenta, and her nose is purple. Her belly badge is a smiling magenta butterfly with heart-shaped head and glittery wings divided into four colors; its left wing is teal and orange, its right wing is purple and yellow.
