Charlie is a supporting character who appears in the 5th episode of DiC's Care Bears series, "Lucky Charm". He is a boy who originally made fun of his schoolmate Millie Jacobs because of her klutziness and bad luck, but eventually becomes her friend when she gains confidence in herself.
