Stormy Heart Bear is a Care Bear who debuted as a Color Splash plush by Basic Fun! at the 2025 London Toy Fair. She was sighted again at the New York Toy Fair the same year. She has an expression similar to Grumpy Bear's.

She is described as having a tough, brooding exterior and battling anxiety.
