True Heart Bear is the co-founder of the Kingdom of Caring alongside Noble Heart Horse in the second movie Care Bears Movie II: A New Generation. The mother of the Care Bears and the Care Bear Cousins, True Heart Bear is everything one would expect the first Bear to be: warm, perky, fun, caring and friendly.
